SHIPPING POLICY

PACKAGING

Artwork will be shipped in a well protected cardboard box with support packaging including bubble wrap and foam padding.  Additionally, all artwork deliveries will be insured in case of damage that occurs in transit.

ESTIMATED FEES

Shipping fees will vary based on customer location, size of artwork and speed of delivery (standard or express).  

REGIONS

We delivery to the Canadian and U.S markets.  If you reside outside these countries but have interest in the collection please contact us at info@georgebroomfield.com to make other arrangements. Please note that given the size of the artwork we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.  

DELIVERY TIMING

We are committed to shipping your artwork in a timely manner and expect the following transit times:

  • Standard - 3 to 5 business days

  • Express - 2 to 4 business days

 

Please note, this is only a general guideline for our processing times as delivery delays beyond our control can occur. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.

RETURNS

Purchases are final upon delivery of the artwork.  To cancel your order prior to delivery please contact us within 24 hours of your online purchase at info@georgebroomfield.com with your order number.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

As mentioned in our shipping policy, all artwork is insured in case of damage that occurs in transit.  If your artwork arrives in damaged condition please notify us within 48 hours for a full refund.  Damages reported after 48 hours will be handled on a case by case basis.
